We are based in the UK, but our Support Team varies from across the globe.

You can pay for your hosting with multiple payment methods, our payment methods are PayPal and Stripe.

The only services which our refund policy applies to is Game Server hosting or Web Hosting, you can get a refund within five days of the server being paid and ordered for. Other services cannot be refunded unless there is a fault with our system.

Yes, if you need technical support please click here to submit a ticket, and a technical support member will reply as soon as possible.

For Game Hosting we use our own Game Panel we created by using source code from Pterodactyl. For our Dedicated Servers we use a built in WHMCS plugin that allows you to have full control over your server. For Web Hosting we utilize cPanel for full interactivity and control. Lastly for Teamspeak Hosting we haven't finished the panel yet, but hope to within a few weeks.
