IceLine Hosting offers a full five day refund policy with all our hosting services. This only applies if their is a fault with our services within the first 5 days of purchase and your service was deemed un-usable. You cannot recieve a refund for reasons such as "I don't want the hosting anymore", "I haven't got time to run a server". It is up time IceLine's discretion whether a refund will be given.
IceLine Hosting accepts payments via 2 payment gateway methods.
All IceLine Hosting service renewal invoices are automatically generates 7 days before they are due. You will recieve an email with the invoice. It is your responsibility to renew your server. If your server has not been renewed 5 days after the due date the service will be terminated and will remove any files releated to the service.

IceLine Hosting will not be responsible for backing up customer data, backing up files is down to the customer not IceLine Hosting.
IceLine Hosting does not guarantee 100% uptime on our services but we do try to aim to as close as possible. Or rare occasions, we may be required to perform essential maintenance meaning your service may temporarily go down.
When purchasing hosting from us, your service will instantly be setup, but does not mean the service will instantly be available. For example, dedicated servers need time to install the operating system.
