We set a soft limit on CPU usage (Turbo mode) which is absolutely free to use and means that your server will only be allocated its allocated amount of CPU when another server is actively using it, otherwise your server will have access to an unlimited amount of CPU, based on how much is free on our hardware.
This means no random shutdowns or speed limits. If power is available your server will use it, if not it will ensure all servers are allocated the same amount.
